About Us

K² PM was founded in November 2018 by Kyle Johnson and Kevin Everill. The company, which had initially started as a small property management company has experienced continuous and exponential growth over the last year. Since its incorporation, it has grown to include a renovation and a landscaping/snow removal division. Each member of our management team brings different strengths to the table. In 2022 we restructured the company and now is now owned and operated under our Parent company Keeza Realty Inc.

As a locally owned business, we strive to maintain the personal touch and “old-school” values. In short, we treat every client like family and their investments as if they were our own. We tailor all our services to each of our clients. We have a crew of 42 employees who handle all electrical, plumbing, maintenance, cleaning, mowing, snow removal, construction, and renovations for our over 900 units.

Currently, we have Properties located in Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Saint Louis de Kent, Saint Antoine, Amherst, New Glasgow, Trenton, Truro, and Cape Breton.
