Quantum Hearing Clinic offers no obligation hearing tests with an Audiologist and a wide selection of hearing aids. We are located on the border of downtown Vancouver and the West End. 3 Simple Steps to Improve Your Hearing

You can expect professional, friendly and high quality results with our experienced Doctor of Audiology. At Quantum Hearing we use a tried and true 3 step process to improve your hearing:

The first step is our no obligation hearing test and consultation. In this session our Audiologist will take a case history and perform a hearing test that usually takes about 20-30 minutes. The hearing test provides us with the configuration, degree and nature of your auditory disorders in order to determine the most effective course of treatment or management. If you have a treatable hearing loss, then you will be notified to request a referral to an Otolaryngologist through your family physician. Our Audiologist will then provide information and the options for hearing aids that are suitable for your specific hearing.

The second step is ordering your hearing aids. We then schedule a fitting appointment, which usually takes about an hour. The Audiologist will program and verify your hearing aids and show you how to take care of and then use your hearing aids.

The third step is a follow up session, a week after the fitting session, to make sure you are getting the most out of your new hearing aids. Our Audiologist will listen to your experience with your new hearing aids and do some fine tuning. He will see you again two weeks after this session to be 100% sure that you are comfortable and happy with your hearing aids. We recommend yearly tests to track any hearing changes and adjust your hearing aids accordingly. You can see our Audiologist as many times as you like with no extra charge.
