GEM Health Care Services was founded in 1994 by Gaye Moffett, a registered nurse. She is the first Vice President of the Home Care Ontario Board of Directors, taking over as President this year. Gaye wanted to work with the best caregivers to give the highest quality care. GEM is a full-service health care company, privately owned and operated in Canada.

We have been providing privately-retained health care for more than 26 years. While we pride ourselves in being one of Canada’s largest independent health care agencies, we offer personal service when it comes to meeting your needs.

We offer the following services to individuals and family members looking for private care or government home care as well as organizations looking for additional staff:
