My name is David Beerman, I own and operate Cheresh Millworking and General Contracting.  I’ve been serving central and southern Ontario for the last 30 years in the design and construction of new homes, project management, fine woodworking, renovations and custom furniture. Quality and craftsmanship with friendly service are still the backbone of our family run business.

We are here for you through every step of the process, from your first phone call to when you arrive home. We have a strong team of experts in every trade and field who will ensure your project is done right the first time.

Our design work and architectural plans are provided in-house. We will also secure all permits and make sure they get closed out for your protection. We also work with owner-supplied plans, architects and engineers.

Service You Can Trust:

When you work with a contractor, you need someone you can trust. You will be working with them for the next 10-12 months. You want someone who is knowledgeable and has a proven track work of being able to work with clients and who will listen to your wants.
