About Us

Hōseki Sushi (宝石寿し) is a new addition in the Burlington neighbourhood located in the heart of the Appleby Village Plaza in the fall of 2021. We are a small family-owned restaurant. We focus on delivering the best quality sushi possible to our valued customers to experience our authentic Japanese Sushi. Our daily selection consists of varieties of 25 different items of the freshest seafood in addition to some rare find seasonal specials. Our selected premium ingredients are imported directly from Japan and across the country every week to ensure the quality and freshness of flavours. We make our Nigiri Sushi in its Japanese originality, the traditional Edomae Style. Hoseki 2nd location coming this spring in downtown Oakville!
