Silvan Urbano is the founder of Red hawk security ltd and Silvan Started the company on march of 2017, silvan is well educated, has an MBA degree, bachelor of arts in criminology degree, a care aide certificate, and an executive close protection officer certificate. He is also a member of the care aide registry and the international association of close protection officers in Canada.

He has 15 years of management and security guard experienced and worked in different areas of security fields. He worked as a loss prevention officer, event security guard, concierge security, mall security guard, retail security guard, night club security guard, and security guard supervisor for different companies.

These skills and knowledge of management, which he gained working 15 years in the security field or security industry, motivated him to open his company name red hawk security ltd on march of 2017.

At red hawk security we have guards that have Occupational First Aid License and know how to tackle any situation that arises . Red hawk security guards are well knowledgeable about the criminal code of Canada, they can blend in the crowd, they are discreet and very good in verbal judo. The guards are equipped with a mini portable camera during their daily shifts ,they are also equipped with cellphone and gps tracker to track location of the guards , cell phone is used only for emergency purposes .
